Instead, I strive to capture you and your family as you are: everything that makes you weird and wonderful. Your style, creativity, quirks, foibles, and joy.

A cinematic family film is a truly one-of-a-kind family keepsake that you’ll treasure forever. Your family is constantly changing and growing, and each moment matters. Before you know it, your newborn will be a five-year-old, tying their shoes and getting ready for the first day of school. In the blink of an eye, your child will become a parent, and you’ll wonder “where did the time go?” A cinematic family film lets you stop time for a brief period so you can look back on who you were individually and as a family, keeping happy memories close at hand and heart as the years unfurl.

Your session is all about you. It doesn’t have to be a formal occasion like a birthday or a family reunion (although it could be!). Sometimes the best family filming sessions document a simple day in the life, where you’re hanging out at home, cooking in the kitchen, playing in the backyard, and just enjoying each other’s company.

As a photographer, my passion is in getting to know my subjects and telling their stories in visual form. Your natural self—doing what you like to do, wearing what you want to wear, being where you want to be—is what makes for the best and most meaningful moments and it’s my privilege to be able to capture it on film to preserve for a lifetime.
